SAFE SPACE CLAUSE
All are welcome at MIT, and we strive to support diversity in EECS: gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ability, ethnicity, religion, and parental status.
THRIVE is a dynamic organization continually growing and evolving with the times, but will not deviate from its core values of inclusion and equity for all. In order to achieve this goal, the Safe Space Clause is a living set of values and will be amended and changed to proactively serve the EECS community.
All members of THRIVE sign this document and uphold these values while affiliated with the organization. This document was co-developed with Violence Prevention and Response (VPR) and the Graduate Student Association (GSA). The complete safe space clause can be accessed below.
